We start with the building’s purpose and how it will be used. We define the accommodation schedule, relationships between spaces, entrances, vertical circulation and site placement. This informs the building’s volume, facades and architectural character.
We coordinate architectural solutions with the structure and building services. Equipment, shafts, plant rooms and service routes are considered as plans are developed. Visualisations help assess the concept; drawings detail the solutions for subsequent stages.

A visualisation shows how the building will look. Construction requires drawings and other materials within the agreed design scope. We clarify deliverables before work begins.
Can architecture be commissioned separately?
Yes. You can commission a concept or architectural design for a specific stage. We agree the inputs and the coordination process with structural and building services engineers.
