A terraced hotel complex on a scenic slope above the Dniester River, integrated into the natural setting of Podilski Tovtry National Nature Park.
The complex is located in Ustia on the Dniester River, within Podilski Tovtry National Nature Park. Low-rise volumes step down the natural terrain, opening rooms, terraces and public spaces towards river views. The courtyard brings together pools, landscaped terraces and recreation areas, while access and parking are arranged at the upper level of the site. Dnipro Alliance developed complete design documentation across all disciplines, including all internal and external building services.
