Integrated design brings different specialists’ solutions together in one coordinated documentation package. Building layouts, the structural system, service routes and site organisation are developed with their interactions in mind, as parts of a shared design.
Dnipro Alliance works on residential, public, commercial and industrial buildings across Ukraine. We can manage the full design cycle or join at an agreed stage. Disciplines, stages, deliverable formats and support are agreed for each project.
Scope of work
- Analysis of the site, available information and client brief
- Architectural concept, site plan and key project parameters
- Architectural and structural design, internal and external building services
- Multidisciplinary coordination and agreed expert review and construction support
Deliverable: A coordinated documentation package for the agreed design stage, with the support defined in the contract.

We prepare a proposal for your specific brief. The scope depends on the building’s area and complexity, the design stage, the number of disciplines, the information available and the support required.

What does full-cycle design mean?
It is an agreed package of design work delivered by one team. We record the disciplines and support services in the contract after reviewing the brief. The design scope and construction scope are defined separately.
Can you take over a design already in progress?
Yes. We first review the existing documentation, its currency and completeness, then define the work needed to complete, revise and coordinate it.
