A logistics hub concept with a Class A warehouse, an administration building, loading docks and truck yards.
The logistics hub is planned for 2d Zavokzalna Street in Senkivka, Boryspil district. The concept includes a single-storey Class A warehouse, a two-storey administration building with a basement, a boiler house, two security posts and a transformer substation. The site layout separates freight and passenger vehicle flows and provides 17 loading docks, a truck holding area and staff parking. Dnipro Alliance prepared the concept and urban planning assessment with key technical and economic parameters. Subsequent design stages were outside the agreed scope.
