Warehouse and logistics facility design
A logistics facility where cargo handling processes shape the buildings and site layout.
Discuss your brief ↗Our approach
For a warehouse or terminal, the starting point is the operational brief: cargo types, storage methods, equipment, operating intensity and transport. This informs functional zones, freight flows, docks and connections to administration and staff facilities.
We coordinate dimensions, the structural system, loads and services with operational processes. The site is considered together with the building, including access, manoeuvring, parking and service areas. Our portfolio includes Senkivka Logistics Hub and the Nova Poshta Logistics Centre.
Scope of work
- Spatial organisation based on the operational brief
- Freight and pedestrian flows, docks and ancillary spaces
- Structures, floors and services suited to equipment requirements
- Site planning, traffic and external connections
Deliverable: A coordinated warehouse or logistics design aligned with the client’s operating model.
Getting started
- Storage or cargo handling processes
- Equipment, loads and vehicle parameters
- Site information, surveys and utility connection conditions
Send us the materials you have. After an initial review, we will identify what needs clarification and agree the scope and sequence of work.

Design solutions and our role ↗Fees and timescales
We prepare a proposal for your specific brief. The scope depends on the building’s area and complexity, the design stage, the number of disciplines, the information available and the support required.
For an estimate, send us the building type, location, approximate area and available materials. We agree deliverables, timescales and fees before work begins.
How design fees are calculated ↗Client questions
What is needed to start warehouse design?
A description of operations, cargo types, storage systems, equipment and vehicles. Together with site information, this allows the initial functional layout to be defined.
Do you design offices and staff facilities within warehouses?
Yes. We develop these uses within the agreed brief and coordinate them with the warehouse and building services.
