Grand Tower combines residential, commercial and technical uses in a single high-rise volume. An in-situ reinforced concrete frame, panoramic glazing, a ventilated facade and generous terraces create contemporary architecture oriented towards views of the Dnipro River and its right bank. The basement incorporates a dual-purpose space with radiation shelter protection properties.
