We begin with the site, apartment mix and future use. We agree apartment numbers and types, the arrangement of blocks, entrances, vertical circulation and shared spaces. Building placement is considered together with the courtyard, access and utility provision.

Yes. We work across Ukraine; our portfolio includes residential projects in Chernihiv, Horodok and Shchaslyve in Boryspil district.
Can we start with only a residential development concept?
Yes. We can first develop building placement, the apartment mix, functional model and preliminary parameters, then agree the documentation scope.
