A two-block residential development with commercial premises, a podium and parking in central Chernihiv.
Originally launched as K8, the project is now being delivered as SCANDINAVIA. It defines an urban corner at Kyivska and Honcha Streets, combining two residential blocks, integrated and adjoining commercial premises, parking and garages. Dnipro Alliance’s design work began in 2021, paused in 2022 and concluded with the complete documentation package in 2023. The development is now in its final stage of construction.
