SHYROKA RETAIL PARK is located in Dnipro’s Amur-Nyzhnodniprovskyi district, near Poltavske Highway. The project combines 20 separate shops with a total sales floor area of 477 m², consumer service premises, parking and landscaped pedestrian spaces. A dual-purpose shelter for 225 people is planned on the lower-ground floor, with an outdoor padel court on its accessible roof. This brings retail, services and sports facilities together with shelter space for visitors and staff. A separate concept is also being explored for a 1,500 m² logistics building with ramps and loading areas. Design of individual elements is continuing alongside construction.
