A four-storey business centre in central Dnipro with commercial premises, panoramic glazing and restrained brick architecture.
Hrushevskyi Business Centre is located in Dnipro’s Shevchenkivskyi district, at the junction of Mykhaila Hrushevskoho and Borodynska Streets. The compact four-storey building fits into the established urban fabric and contains 28 commercial units. Brick facades, dark metal accents, panoramic windows and vertical glazed elements create a contemporary character with a distinctive industrial aesthetic. Dnipro Alliance updated and issued the detailed design in 2024. The building entered operation in the second quarter of 2024.
