BIM design coordination

We coordinate architecture, structures and services in a digital model before work starts on site.

Our approach

BIM coordination helps treat a building as a shared system of design decisions. Combining discipline models allows spatial clashes to be checked, such as services passing through structural elements or equipment conflicting with building components.

For each brief, we define the required models, exchange formats and issue management process. Identified clashes are assigned to the responsible specialists, solutions are agreed and their incorporation into the documentation is checked. The level of detail depends on the stage and quality of the source models.
