A mixed-use retail and office building with a Nova Poshta freight branch, storage areas, coworking space and integrated parking.
The project combines a prominent retail and office building with a Nova Poshta freight branch and a separate shipment reception area. The lower-ground level contains storage and technical rooms with potential dual-purpose use; the ground floor accommodates online retail businesses, storage and integrated parking; the next floor provides open-plan office space, while the upper technical level houses building services equipment. Public entrances face Borysa Krotova Street, with parking and warehouse access from an internal access road. Dnipro Alliance developed the complete design documentation across all disciplines, including all internal and external building services.
