SVITLE is a housing development in the Dekhtiarka-3 district of Khmelnytskyi. Two-storey homes form a coherent low-rise neighbourhood with rhythmic gabled facades, panoramic glazing and private plots. Landscaped recreation areas and an outdoor pool complete the shared space. Dnipro Alliance developed the full design documentation across all disciplines, including all internal and external building services.
