Street City Retail and Office Centre

Melitopol · 46/10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Avenue

A twelve-storey retail and office centre with a basement, commercial spaces, a food court, offices and coworking areas.

Street City creates a mixed-use urban centre on Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Avenue in Melitopol. Commercial and technical spaces occupy the basement and first two floors, cafes and a food court occupy the third, and offices and coworking areas occupy floors four to twelve. Design began in 2021. In 2022, the documentation was completed and submitted for expert review, but the full-scale invasion prevented completion of the development.
