Yeletskyi is designed for 7a Yeletska Street in Chernihiv. Three blocks of six and seven storeys form a semi-enclosed courtyard with children’s play and recreation areas. Restrained brick facades, large windows and planted terraces help integrate the new residential volumes into the established urban setting. The project is under construction.
