A contemporary housing development of two-storey terraced homes with private entrances and landscaped shared spaces.
Oktava is located on Veselky Street in Dnipro. Two-storey terraced homes form a coherent low-rise neighbourhood with organised access roads, parking, individual entrances and small private courtyards. White frames, dark brick and timber-effect finishes give the facades a consistent contemporary character. Dnipro Alliance developed the complete design documentation across all disciplines, including internal and external building services. The project is currently under construction.
